Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion

Head Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion:
Serve as a liaison between the celebrant and the team of Holy Communion Ministers. Lead setup before Mass, serve communion during Mass, and confirm clean up of sacred vessels after Mass. Record Mass information (attendance, amount of bread and wine consumed, etc.) on forms provided.

Skills Needed Practicing Catholic who has received the Sacrament of Confirmation and is a parishioner of St. Ignatius.
Time Commitment
1 ½ to 1 ¾ hours one week a month at assigned Masses. Must arrive ½ hour prior to scheduled Mass time to allow time for set up.
We would appreciate all Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion to check in to make sure there are enough Holy Communion Ministers present when you attend Mass and are not scheduled.
